After a long journey here or an active day diving you're feeling a little sore and tired then why not visit the Silver Sands Resort Massage shop located just at the end of the road that Koh Tao Backpackers is on.  They offer a variety of massages & beauty treatments performed in a pleasant atmosphere by professionals at reasonable prices.

The DJL pool bar & restaurant is open to everyone so you're more than welcome to drop in for some great food and some cold drinks.  The bar throws regular parties and BBQ's usually corresponding to an event in the dive school such as the completion of one of the more advanced diving courses such as Divemaster or Instructor.

If you want to go off and explore the island by yourself, or just want the convienience of being able to get around then why not rent yourself a motorbike or mountain bike.

Be advised that many of the motorbike rental companies on the island are more interested in making money out of scratches and bike accidents than the rental incomes, so be careful if you do rent a bike.  Ensure that you read the rental contract and ask to see the list of repair costs before renting as some of these can be extremely high, upto 5 or 10 times the cost of the replacement parts. 

We don't have our own laundry service as such, however the Silver Sands Resort in which we are located does have it's own laundry service and so you can drop off your laundry in their reception and be assured of a timely service at a very reasonable rate.

We're linked in with Davy Jones Locker and accommodate many of their divers and so you can book your Koh Tao Scuba Diving experience or any courses here through us before you arrive if you like so that you can maximise your time here on the island by starting you diving course on the same afternoon that you arrive on Koh Tao.
